Online shop and cafe

Our Online store includes fresh & frozen prepared foods + essential pantry items. Dish cafe is open Monday through Friday from 11am-6pm and Saturday from 11am - 4pm for in person shopping.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, or for example a food item not listed in the ingredients, please contact us with details of the product and the defect, a receipt is also required.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Cooking Classes

Payment in full required at the time of registration. Please bring your gift card to the class if this is your method of payment. It is client’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of a class, a courtesy email may be sent to remind guests of an upcoming class, but we are not responsible if you do not receive the email. If you fail to show up to a class, no credit is offered and there are no make up classes.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for classes.

Dish reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control, with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice with a class credit issued to you for a future class. A credit will be issued for a future class if we are provided with at least 72 hours class cancellation notice by you. No changes are allowed if the class is missed or less than 72 hours cancellation notice is given, however, we welcome you to send someone in your place. This is a strict policy, absolutely NO exceptions due to weather, illness, traffic etc.  Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you failed to show up to a concert, you cannot get a credit back from the concert venue, no matter the reason. Please think of our classes the same way!
