The original Dish cooking experience for groups of all sizes, Hands On cooking events allow guests to cook alongside their friends and colleagues before enjoying a delicious Dish menu. A typical Hands On event starts with wine* and canapés **, followed by some collaborative cooking and finally, a sit-down, full-service, multi-course meal.

3-Course Meal – 3 hours (DAYTIME)

For groups with a competitive edge, we offer a fun take on the iconic Iron Chef battle. In this event, your group will work in 2 teams. We kick it off with unveiling the secret ingredient, then each team works with a dish chef to brainstorm and execute their main course and side dishes. That’s not all, each team will put together a presentation of their dish and will be judged on team work, creativity and taste.  Once each team presents their dish, you will sit back and relax while we serve a 4 course meal, including each team’s main course creation. The winning team will have bragging rights to cap off a memorable night in our kitchen. Oh, and did we mention there is a prize for the winners!

Connect to the community through cooking. Using the same format as our Hands On events, your group will prepare a delicious 3-course meal composed of delicious comfort food with the assistance and guidance of our staff. What makes this event so special is that you will be making additional portions of the same meal to donate to a local charity. We arrange for delivery of your team’s meal to the charity following the event.

Ideal for larger groups, Dish’s Around the World events offer the ultimate in flavour discovery from Europe to South East Asia to Latin America and back. A typical Around The World cooking event starts with wine* and canapés, followed by a rotation through multiple chef demonstrations and flavour explorations, and finally, a decadent Dish dessert platter. Craft your own, personalized world tour from our various menu options. 

4 to 5 Cooking Stations – 3 hours (EVENING or DAYTIME)

We are fully licensed to serve wine, beer and cocktails. Select from our curated wine list or bring your own wine, for a per bottle corkage of $25. We also carry a selection of craft beer and cider, as well as house and premium spirits. Opt for full open bar or stick to wine and beer for your event. Please be aware any opened bottles cannot be removed from the premises. Corkage fee applies only to wine. Guests may not bring their own liquor or beer.


20% service and HST will be applied to all corporate and private classes.

Deposit: all corporate and private class bookings will be confirmed with a 75% non-refundable deposit upon reservation date.

Final payment: clients are provided a final invoice within 48 hours following the event and the balance is due upon receipt.
