nice words about dish!
... a testimonial from a cooking class participant....
Hello,
My sister-in-law and I attended the fish boot camp on the weekend and I wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed learning how to make crab cakes, debone a fish, and prepare calamari (and of course eating the 6 dishes afterwards prepared by all the groups).
In particular, I wanted to share how much we enjoyed the instructors, Lisa and Andrew. My sister-in-law was quite anxious about participating in the class, since she had never done this sort of thing before. However, she ended up being so comfortable with the atmosphere set by the instructors, that she was the first volunteer of the day! I think that she was not intimidated because all of the students were in the same learning boat, and also because Lisa and Andrew were so kind and accepting of all students and their abilities. It was such a positive experience for us that I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks. I attribute the great afternoon to the instructors and hostess, too - all who were approachable and welcoming.
Thank you!
