Let our resident sommelier take you to wine country and beyond with a special and personal wine education sensory tour. Our hands-on classes can accommodate up to 16 guests. Interactive dinner party classes can accomodate up to 50 people.

Do you prefer to sit back and relax? Then one of our interactive demonstration classes is just for you! You can enjoy an evening of entertainment, fresh cuisine and impeccable service with a celebrity guest chef or one of dish's resident teachers. Either way, the night will be yours to enjoy and celebrate with family and friends in a unique and hip space. Our demonstration classes can accommodate up to 24 guests.

Classes start at $175 per person. 12 person minimum. Includes all customized services, three or four course meal, hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic beverages, complete menus, recipe packages, personal chef instruction and attention. An evening not soon forgotten!

All classes are 2.5-3 hours in duration.

15% service charge and 6% GST is applied to all private classes. A 50% non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required to reserve date.
