dish teacher / chef
The dish teachers/ chefs are important faces and representatives
of dish. A dish ambassador needs to effectively communicate dish
standards, style and brand, and conduct themselves professionally
at all times. All dish ambassadors must promote and maintain a
positive work environment and work together as a team.
school teacher
chef trained, minimum 2 years restaurant, catering, teaching experience
Client lias, top notch customer service
Develop curriculum to meet all criteria for scheduled and corporate
classes
Quality assurance
Work with school director to determine optimum schedule class
curriculum
Communicate culinary skills to clients via both hands on or demo
classes for groups of 12-50 and share instruction on techniques,
ingredients, and trends
Promote equipment, utensils, gadgets and food items for sale in
store
Control food expense targets – accountable to school director
and floor chef
Cater and café chef prep
Execution of catering events; liaising with Catering Manager,
menu planning, prep, on-site, and follow-up
Ensure food quality and presentation meet dish standards by all
staff at all times; evolve dish standards with head chef as trends
dictate
Quality assurance, consistency, speed
Team leader and team player
Cater chef on site
-client lias, top notch customer service
-on site mgmt, team leader

-Active participant in catering sales– pursue new business
when on-site
Reporting structure, Communication
Reports to school director for school and cater manager on events
Works with and reports to head floor chef

Full Time Retail / Cafe Customer
Service 'HOSTS'
We are looking for client-facing, hard working people who take
initiative to work on the retail floor selling our chef-endorsed
products, operating the café and serving clients beverages,
dish café foods and dish to go prepared foods.
Requirements:
Must have retail or café experience
Must have first hand customer service experience
Enjoy multi-tasking, serving clients, and supporting a team
You are positive, energetic, hard working and organized
Shifts:
Monday-Saturday (café open from 8am-6pm)
Café opening shift: 7:30am-2:30pm
Café afternoon shift: 11am-6pm
Compensation – hourly pay
